Hello, i quite like the fall as well! All the smells and colours and of course all the baking! Too bad about the peppers but i am sure your chickens were so happy to have them as a treat! I can understand why slowing down in the fall is so fun for you, even though you have such a large family and such a busy schedule! A nice pumpkin latte sitting and thinking about all that you preserved! You put a smile on your subscribers faces showing all the wonderful things that you grow and preserve. I am definitely going to be making that casserole in my future. It looks fantastic! Have a restful evening.
Spring!! I love planning, seed starting and watching everything grow along in the beginning. Summer is hectic in the garden 🤣 I also love fall because I'm usually ready to clean the garden and done by Octoberish so I can start something fun indoors like a sewing project or baking something
Your casserole looks delicious. I've never tried one like this but will now! Thanks. Also, I saw what looks like a large beautifully decorated bread on your counter - did you make that? WOW
Curling up on the couch with a good book and a cup of coffee sounds great to me. Fall is best to say goodbye to the horrible mosquitoes. I'm a walking bug bite. They just love me. I like the name cowgirl candy. The breakfast casserole looks delicious. Blessings friend 😊
Fall is my least favorite season. I love all things pumpkin but I really struggle with seasonal effective disorder as soon as the weather starts to change. My favorite is definitely spring! I'm growing some fall broccoli and cauliflower but I just went to the local nursery and got the starts. My spring ones didn't do well. I was not in the mood to start seeds lol. It's fun to start things but I feel like it's a pain in the rear to constantly be adjusting the height of the lights for all the various things tiring. We put up a greenhouse this summer so next year I'll be able to put seedlings out there once it's not freezing cold.
I feel exactly the same way... I start out with the best intentions of a Fall garden, but life happens and then when it's time to deal with it, I'm pretty much burned out and over it already. Lots of hard work goes into the Spring planting and growing, and with all the caring for, harvesting, and preserving all the garden's goodies, I'm usually just tired. Plus, Fall is when I begin sewing projects for Christmas gifts. I think every season is busy in its own ways. -Lois
Same with me with the sewing. I'll be making a quilt for my granddaughter that is due this month. I've made one for the grandkids and really enjoyed it! I had never made a full size quilt before. I'm not making crib size because I feel like once they aren't a baby anymore they'll never be used again.
@@6Heartson6Acres I do casserole hot pads with matching pot lifters, I do microwavable rice bags for those achey muscles, I do Bible tote bags, sometimes even quilts.

Sorry you lost produce, but happy your chickens received great food. Thank you.
Spring is my favorite!
I love fall too, but in Florida, you do not have much fall showing. The best fall in the North is colorful leaves.
I can’t wait to see what you make this winter with all your harvest!! This summer was my first time canning so I’m excited to see your ideas!
Fall for sure! Its so hard to get anything done when its 90 degrees out.
I'm ready for fall. I'm tired of the heat and smoke from forest fires. As for the peppers, you're just upcycling them into eggs!
I made my first ever. Tomato power today with skins. Don’t have a freeze dryer. WISH LIST. but i dehydrated them.
Im gonna wrap up in a blanket and watch this.🤓
Enjoy!
Me too!

Fall is my favorite time of the year. I'm like you when it comes to "pumpkin everything". The breakfast casserole looks amazing. TFS
I'll be sharing tons of pumpkin recipes soon!
Fall is my favorite season.
I love it so much!
Love fall
Fall weather is the best🍁🍂

I hope your broccoli and cauliflower thrive! If any stores sell fall starts around me, I haven't found them yet!
@@6Heartson6Acres Thanks!! I hope they do well!

What type of gifts do you sew? I need some ideas!

I’m a summer girl. I love the fall feelings but I rather be sitting on the beach with my feet in the sand
I live in the middle of the US, so my feet don't get to be in the sand too often. My mind might be changed if they were!
That looks yummy
It was!
